We Want to Be The Best 401k Providers for Small Business
Ryan R. Neff, QKA, AIF, QPFC
Upon meeting Ryan Neff, President of life Inc. Retirement Services, you will immediately sense his passion for assisting business owners and their employees in regards to their company retirement plans. He accomplishes this through the utilization of over 10 years of experience with 401k Administration, Investment Advisory, and Fiduciary Consulting and Training. Believing in a sound financial model, Ryan’s process blends the appropriate contributions to a proportionate amount of risk. “If one is consistent in the investment process, over a period of time they will be able to achieve their retirement goals.”
During the course of Ryan’s career, he worked for JP Morgan Chase, Nationwide Financial Services, and PNC Bank. Ultimately, he identified opportunities to better serve the businesses in an advisory and more efficient manner, therefore, he launched life Inc. Retirement Services in 2014. As a true 401K specialist, Ryan applies knowledge and experience along with superb service, accuracy, results, accountability and client protection. He is so confident in his abilities that he is a 3(21) Fiduciary and shares the responsibility with his clients, carrying Fiduciary Insurance, which is unique in the marketplace.
Ryan is more than willing to review an Employer’s 401k Plan to determine any vulnerability to the Employer. Employers who are under the assumption that they can manage this on their own may be in for a rude, and costly, surprise. A commitment to protecting the business owner is first and foremost, even sharing in the responsibility as a 3(21) Fiduciary for employers. Ryan is adamant when it comes to the Employer understanding their roles and responsibilities of sponsoring a 401(k) Plan. A well-planned Retirement strategy can not only provide for the owner
At the end of the day, Ryan finds fulfillment in helping business owners towards a better 401k Plan. “The best-suited plan is one in which the majority of the monies are going toward the actual Retirement Fund and not towards the Fees.” There is a better 401k Product and Ryan Neff’s mission is to deliver such a viable product.
